East Row Victorian Christmas Tour & Tea

The Annual East Row Victorian Christmas Tour & Tea returns Saturday, December 5th and Sunday, December 6th, 2026, in the East Row Historic District of Newport, Kentucky. Once again, residents will open their spectacular historic homes to the public just in time for the Christmas season. Tour hours will be from 12 PM to 6 PM each day.

During the self-guided Tour, visitors can walk through the neighborhood and experience a thoughtfully curated collection of private historic homes. These residences reflect the Queen Anne, Italianate and other architectural styles that shaped East Row during the late 1800s and early 1900s.

Inside, visitors will discover original staircases, fireplace mantels, stained glass, intricate woodwork, thoughtfully renovated spaces and interiors filled with history and character. Each residence will be decorated in its holiday best, offering a rare opportunity to experience the architecture and stories inside some of East Row’s most distinctive homes.

Get Involved in the 2026 Tour

Planning for the 2026 East Row Victorian Christmas Tour & Tea is officially underway, and we need the support of our neighbors and community partners to bring this cherished holiday tradition to life.

Whether you are interested in opening your home, volunteering your time or supporting the Tour as a sponsor, there is a place for you to become involved.

Feature Your Home

We’re currently looking for East Row homeowners who would consider opening their homes for the 2026 Tour.

Your home does not have to be perfectly restored or professionally decorated. Whether it is known for its original historic details, a thoughtful renovation, beautiful holiday traditions or simply a wonderful story, we would love to hear from you.

Contacting us does not mean you are committing to the Tour. Alexis and Paige, the 2026 Tour co-chairs, would be happy to answer your questions, learn more about your home and explain what participation involves.

Home commitments are requested by October 1st.

Know a Home We Should See?

Is there an East Row home you have always admired? Maybe there is a remarkable restoration happening on your street, a beautifully preserved interior or a neighbor whose home has a story worth sharing.

Send this page to the homeowner or recommend the home to us with the owner’s permission. We would love to connect with them.

Volunteer

The Christmas Tour is planned and brought to life by neighbors who generously contribute their time, talents and ideas.

With 12 committees and volunteer opportunities available both before and during Tour weekend, there is a place for everyone. Whether you have lived in East Row for decades, recently joined the neighborhood or simply want to become more involved in the community, we would love to have your help.

Become a Sponsor

The East Row Victorian Christmas Tour & Tea would not be possible without the generous support of our local businesses, organizations and community partners.

Sponsorship provides an opportunity to support one of Northern Kentucky’s most beloved holiday traditions while helping preserve and celebrate the East Row Historic District. Opportunities are available at a variety of levels.

Victorian Christmas Tea

The popular Victorian Christmas Tea will return in 2026 as part of this special holiday weekend.

Guests will enjoy a traditional English-inspired tea service featuring holiday treats and seasonal selections in a beautiful, festive setting.

Tea seating times, location, pricing and reservation information will be announced as plans are finalized. The Victorian Christmas Tea traditionally sells out, so join our announcement mailing list to be notified when reservations become available.

Stained Glass Windows and Christmas Lighting Displays

The Christmas spirit extends beyond the homes featured on the Tour. Throughout the weekend, many residences across the East Row Historic District will be illuminated with traditional lights, decorations and holiday displays.

Visitors are encouraged to return after dark—or stay after completing the Tour—to walk or drive through the neighborhood and enjoy East Row during the Christmas season.

Many residents also illuminate their interiors to showcase the beautiful stained-glass windows found throughout the Historic District. These architectural treasures take on an entirely different character after dark, adding another special layer to the East Row Christmas experience.

Additional information about holiday displays and other neighborhood activities will be announced closer to Tour weekend.Other Details
